A longtime member of YPO (Young Presidents' Organization), J. Randall Waterfield is the CEO and chairman of the global investment management firm, the Waterfield Group. J. Randall (Randy) Waterfield served as the chairman of YPO from 2017 to 2018. Today, he chairs a number of committees for YPO.
Elizabeth Zucker has been elected by the YPO Board of Directors to begin her one-year term as the organization’s chair on July 1, 2019. Succeeding current chairman Pascal Gerken, Zucker will be the 68th YPO member to hold this office, which is the organization’s highest elected role.

Zucker joined YPO in 2007 and has held a number of key leadership roles in the YPO St. Louis Gateway Chapter. At present, Zucker sits on a number of YPO committees and serves as the YPO Council chair.
